Delivery: Standard shipping $5, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order after shipping. 

Returns/Exchanges:  A return request must be issued within 7 days of receiving your item and must be shipped no later than 7 days after receiving the return label. A fee of $5 will be deducted from the total refund for the return label. Another fee of $7 will be deducted for stocking. The original shipping fee will NOT be refunded. Totaling a deduction of $12 from the refund. Items MUST be returned with the hygienic liner. No exceptions due to the nature of the product. 

There are NO exchanges, you must return your item as stated above and place a new order.
